Having Lived in two great waterfront areas of the country, it is only natural that I'm selling on " both sides of the dock ". First, growing up in Darien, Ct., I spent many years boating on Long Island Sound, as well as enjoying the waters farther north of the St Lawrence River ( There is nothing like sleeping upstairs in a boathouse with three Mahogany runabouts rocking and creeking in their slips beneath you .. all summer long! ) Having lived in South Florida for many years, I'm enjoying marketing luxury waterfront homes and condos, as well as luxury yachts. Few yacht brokers or realtors know the entire South Florida coastline better than I do. What a great place to live and work.
